The overarching idea is about inner city community based on the study where city dwellers, workers and tourists are accommodated within the proposed precinct. A new connection to the river is hihgly emphasis as its main driver to open up the connection between the city and the river. The new promenade will be another main attraction for the users which includes cable car to King’s Park, water activity area and a wetland broadwalk.
